Welcome to another year of F*ck Your Health. On this episode, it's me! I discuss the science of endometriosis and why its not "just pain". The stigma discussed in this episode revolves around women's heath regarding endometriosis, how it affects mental health, and why there is no cure for this disease.
Women's health is heavily stigmatized around the world, and this discussion highlights the overall impact of this stigma and how other stigmas are related to this topic, it's unique and yet not so unique symptoms, causes, and treatments for endometriosis.
DISCLAIMER: I am not a licensed medical professional. I do however hold significant experience to add to the discussion of these topics by bringing forth the conversation to end the stigma related to women's health. This podcast is not intended to treat or diagnose an/any individual.
