Mary Wagstaff joins us this week as we’re digging into how to quit drinking so you can optimize chances of pregnancy success.

Did you know that studies have found even drinking as few as 4 alcoholic drinks per week – decreases IVF live birth rate?

Plus alcohol has been shown to decrease the quality, quantity, and motility of sperm.

But how do we commit and remove alcohol from our routine and equally as important how do we navigate social situations where we may feel pressure to imbibe?

1) How the cravings for alcohol change throughout the menstrual cycle. Why it’s not our fault.
