Imagine losing an arm, or a leg, or being paralysed. How would you cope? How would you react? What would you do?

These are the questions that were going through my mind while talking to Apple Viray, a rehabilitation nurse in Norway that helps people recover and learn how to cope in life again after losing a body part/s.

Apple is also a mom with 3 kids and an aspiring artist. Listen to her story on how she juggles life from coming to Norway without knowing the language, going to school to get her qualifications, having to do multiple jobs while also having to take care of her kids. Find out how she manages to keep on going and how she still keeps a positive outlook in life.
