Mr. America promoter Marc Tauriello hosts a discussion with Rick Collins, the "steroid lawyer" about doping scandals, tainted supplements, and much more.
Rick has dedicated most of his individual practice to the health and fitness community. He serves as a legal advisor to the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN) and the International Federation of BodyBuilders Pro League (IFBB Pro League). He represents numerous companies in the dietary supplement industry. He is also a nationally Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS) and former personal trainer and competitive bodybuilder.
Rick has handled countless matters involving performance-enhancing drugs, both as criminal cases and as failed doping tests. He is considered a foremost authority in this area. He served on a working group of the United States Sentencing Commission in revising the federal anabolic steroid sentencing guidelines in 2006 and was a consultant on the documentary film “Bigger, Stronger, Faster*” (2008), in which he also appeared on camera.
