So in this podcast episode, we are going to explore this topic with our special guest Julie Matthews.

Julie is a Certified Nutrition Consultant who also has a master’s degree in medical nutrition. She has a lot of experience working with oxalates and helping people with their diets.

Her approach is based on the BioIndividual Nutrition® needs of each person and she provides diet and nutrition guidance backed by scientific research and clinical experience.

What are oxalates? Do we need to be worried about them? How can we reduce the oxalates in our diet? Julie answers all of these questions and more in today’s enlightening episode.
