The word "Mantra" is derived from Sanskrit. The common translations are “a tool for the mind” and “that which clears the mind”. An affirmation validates or confirm something.
These are two useful self-care tools and in this mini episode I describe the differences in how they can be used.
This week I give you the following mantra and hope it will give you some inner peace.
I let go of what I can't change and accept what is. My heart will guide the way to happiness and health.
