This is the second episode of the HEALTH POD with Hélène and Dr. Stephanos.
We're continuing last week's conversation topic of how we met during our early university years, and the struggles we both faced with our mental health. Our path was anything but easy in the beginning; but through our darkest times in which we felt completely lost, we began to find the way and understand who we are as individuals, what are our goals are, and overall gain a level trust within us, that would unlock limitless opportunities.
We get into some crazy stories of different part of our life where Dr.Stephano ends up in jail. After having enough, I decide to get my master's degree and really follow my soul's calling. Our growth independently and together lead us to where we stand today.
