Australian men are experiencing something of a mental health crisis - especially since the onset of COVID-19, with alarming new research suggesting that now more than ever before Aussie men are suffering in silence, with no-one to talk to. Movember aims to combat this through a new initiative, called Real Barber, Real Talk. Clinical psychologist and Movember spokesperson Dr Zac Seidler explains why getting a haircut - and having a chat - might be more powerful than it sounds.
