This week I am discussing how we can identify when we are in a rut or off track and need to get back to being our badass selves again.
The summer can throw routine and habits out of the window and we can also find ourselves re-evaluating areas of our lives, as we have more down time and holidays.
My top tips for understanding what the root cause is and what to do about it, when you've lost that sparkle and feel a bit meh!
