This week we are talking about one of the most important and life changing self development tools I have discovered, how to identify and change your limiting self beliefs.
EVERYONE has or has had thoughts about themselves that limit their ability and stop them for going for the things they want in life. That little voice that says, 'you can't do that' or 'that would never work for you' or 'everyone will judge you', I call it the Sh*tty Committee and for some it is louder and more constant than others.
A key part of self love and growth is being able to identify these stories we tell ourselves, understand where they come from and more importantly how to change them and quieten that sh*tty committee in your head and instead back yourself!
I'll give you some tips and tricks on uncovering yours and replacing them with empowering beliefs that you can take on in their place that will serve you much better.
