This week we have a super inspirational conversation with Farz Hakimifard, the Founder of Feedback Community Project CIC, a community project based on helping disadvantaged young people via the medium of music as a therapeutic tool.
Farz talks to me about leaving his home country of Iran, at 5 years old, his adolescent and young adult years of dealing with trauma, self medicating via drugs and alcohol, and how he eventually found self development tools and spirituality.
He now works as a Youth Worker and founded Feedback Community Project CIC as a result of realising the power of music as a tool to work with young people.
It's one of the most interesting and inspirational conversations I have had, and I'm sure you will agree that he is a super interesting individual.
