Let’s talk about sticking to a routine with an ADHD brain. I know…on the surface, routines can seem so boring. But also, they’re game changers. When we lock in a routine, it frees up some of our brain’s executive functions. This means we have a greater capacity to focus on more demanding tasks. Despite the benefits of a routine, however, sticking with them isn’t always easy for us. That’s why, over the next four days, I’m sharing:

  1. The three major roadblocks preventing you from sticking to your routine.
