Welcome to Day 3, where we explore the third key block to sticking with our routines. When I decided to support my ADHD brain with routines, I had three key realizations:

  1. I had to unlearn a lot of rules.

  2. I had to drop my “all or nothing” thinking that demanded perfection in every habit.

  3. I had to stop beating myself up when I didn’t do things “perfectly.”

I’m not going to lie; those three objectives seemed next to impossible. But as we talked about in the last two trainings, I got realistic, and I started small. If you’re ready to learn how to make these shifts, too, tune into this third strategy now.
