Welcome to the Improviding Life Podcast with Lori Love - this week we’re exploring how life can be more livable when we reflect on how our habits are helping or hurting our day to day life.
The brief brief:
Ask yourself these questions to know if a habit is helping or hurting:

  • Do you even realize it’s a habit
  • What feelings surface when you realize it’s a habit
  • Did this habit begin with you
  • If you were living your best life, would this habit be part of your day to day life
  • Do you feel closer or further from your goals and values while doing this habit
  • How would you react if this habit was no longer an option

If you’re like me and realizing that you’ve been adulting on autopilot a bit more than feels good, the Yes, and Yesterday (YAY) embodiment course will equip you with easeful practices to shift the weight of your day as it’s happening so you wake up with more capacity to adult tomorrow by relating with reality today.
