We sit down with Dr. Shannon O’Grady to get the 101 on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Shannon, who is a competitive BJJ hobbyist and has her brown belt, shares foundational knowledge about the sport, weight cutting strategies, training and nutrient timing tips, and lots of great insight from her personal experience in participating in the sport for several years.
