Not only is she a business owner but also a wonderful wife & mother of two. Her social media presence started to really grow when she went viral on TikTok, gaining thousands of followers that then transferred over to Instagram. Noelle is not only an amazing makeup artist but she is great at connecting with people which has led her to grow a large social media following.
