It is so important for us to express and show gratitude, and we can do that not just by showing it to other people, but also towards possessions, and material things we are grateful for. It has been a very difficult year and now more than ever it’s important to express gratitude.

In this episode, I talk about the importance of showing gratitude towards the simple things that we often take for granted. In addition, I talk you through how to avoid making resolutions this next year and instead focus on goal setting, and why goals are much better for us.
