When it comes to traveling it can already be filled with anxiety from flying, to staying in hotels and not being in complete control of your surroundings. Add in Covid-19 and it can be a very anxious experience. But there are steps you can take to ensure you are staying safe and avoiding contact with anything questionable.

In this episode I share about a recent travel experience I had and what it was like in the different cities I was in, how companies were making arrangements to provide levels of safety, and what I did on my own to ensure my health and safety was taken care of. Often the steps we need to take are not complicated; they just take some extra thought and a little bit extra effort, but the time and effort is worth having the peace of mind with you.

My goal with this episode is to show that being cautions and taking extra steps can help rid you of fear and getting through your travel experience as efficiently and safely as possible.
