In this episode, we were able to meet the inspiring people behind the Kumeyaay Boys & Girls Club and learn about some of the incredible activities they're providing for the youth. Lynne Ray Smith, Kiana Arruda, and Mary Johnson all had a lot to say and I had a lot to ask so get ready for another great episode of It's Wellness Time.

"If you don't believe in yourself, no one will."
