Yes we're in the middle of a pandemic with travel restrictions in place worldwide. Nevertheless, we recorded this podcast all about staying on track with diet and exercise whilst traveling literally RIGHT BEFORE Covid hit. And despite not being able to go on our all-inclusive trip to Mexico this year (thanks a lot Covid) we figured we might as well share the episode anyway because hopefully we'll all be traveling again EVENTUALLY.
