This week Laura shares about her recent trip to a health retreat in Queensland and how it ended with the most intense panic attack of her life when she returned home to Melbourne. She shares about how her anxiety has been post-panic attack and what partners, friends and family members can do to support someone going through a panic attack.

Then we discuss the issue of men’s drunk & aggressive behaviour at the football. Laura attended the AFL grand final a few weeks ago and was shocked at the behaviour and level of drinking from the group of young men sitting in front of her. Plus Steph shares about her apprehension in taking Harvey to the footy and exposing him to the same violence and behaviour.
