This week we had the pleasure of talking to marathon man Peter Thompson. Pete has achieved some incredible feats like running the Tour De France and completing 44 Marathons in 44 countries in 44 days all to raise money for the mental health charity MIND and the disability charity Livability. We spoke to Pete about what drove him to do this, how he coped both mentally and physically during it, and how he looks after his own mental health. We really hope you enjoy the episode and if you do please leave us a review and rating on Itunes. To find out more about Pete:Twitter: @mrpetethompsonWebsite: http://www.marathonsforthemind.comInstagram: @mrpetethompsonEnjoy the show!
