Motivation is the catalyst then ongoing drive to work towards a goal.

Most of us have seen ‘motivational content’ millions of times without really taking action.

We get stuck when things feel difficult and frustrated (then give up) when we don’t see enough progress.

In this episode, we’ll talk about how to change that by:

  1. Knowing where you want to go and having a strong reason to start.
  2. Looking at the struggle as meaningful and being motivated to continue.
