So first things first--Phyllis is 67!Her website "followPhyllis" motivates, teaches, and encourages middle-aged women to be their very best through exercise, nutrition, fashion and beauty. We talk with Phyllis about some of the challenges she's faced (including two hip replacements in the last three years) as well as what inspired her to start her blog at the tender age of 64. Phyllis shows us all that you can be strong, no matter what age you are!
