Imagine one of your big goals in life… Imagine this goal as a ladder that you're climbing. Some ladders have large gaps between steps, making it harder to ascend… 6 or 7 feet between each step. Others have smaller, more manageable gaps. Which ladder would you prefer? Experts seem to pretty much all agree that small, consistent steps lead to big changes over time.
