Today’s Group Episode centers around the very theme of season 10, “ADHD & Resilience.” This topic was brought up by my loving mother who mentioned that not one time have I said the word “resilient” on this podcast. She was so right. I have both my parents to thank for instilling this characteristic in me at a young age. In this episode, each ADHD friend tells their story and/or opinions on what it means to be resilient in their own lives and we conclude with what might be the most epic ending to any episode thus far.
