Today’s ADHD friend is RJ Zimmerman and this is one of the most emotionally inspiring episodes to date. RJ is a sobriety coach, mental health advocate and he has been sober for going on 9 years. But more important than any of those things is that RJ is an incredible person and a very close friend to so many people. He and I open up about what ADHD can be and the resilience associated with it. We discuss strength, weakness, and the power of words in mental health and sobriety.
