At some point in our lives we come across many moments where what feels comfortable with us is challenged and needing to be dealt with. These are the moments in which boundaries arise. Boundaries we will then hold to ourselves, to others, and to situations we get in. Once we set and hold boundaries we explore the various ways in which they are crossed or experienced. This episode is based on the idea of how we define, discover, and hold these set boundaries and how we use them in our lives to create comfortable or uncomfortable spaces.
