Dr. Carrie Pagliano is a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist in the Washington DC area and has dedicated her profession to working with pregnant and postpartum athletes. When she became plagued with pelvic floor issues after her birth experiences, she became a trailblazer to figure out how exactly she was going to get back to doing all the things she loved, including running!
