Was 2022 a good year for you? Be honest... As this year comes to a close, we as agents need to focus on moving FORWARD. Because, at the end of the day, that's what matters. Not only looking back at what we could've done or pitting ourselves for the mistakes we've made, but transforming those mistakes into lessons we can take moving forward to, in turn, make 2023 the best and most profitable year for ourselves yet.
