Rachel Balkovec just finished her second season as the Latin American Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for the Houston Astros. She will now be serving as the club’s AA strength and conditioning coach. Previous to working with the Astros, she was the Minor League Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for the St. Louis Cardinals for 2 seasons after working in various positions with EXOS (Formerly Athletes' Performance), Louisiana State University, The Chicago White Sox, Arizona State University and Los Tigres Del Licey Beisbol.
