In 2012, Michael Ashford, Founder of Fit Dad Fitness, saw a picture of himself that his wife had taken of he and his son on the beach. Seeing that picture, and being completely dissatisfied with how he looked, Michael made it his personal mission to get fit, follow his passion, and begin a movement that would call all men to a higher commitment in their fatherhood and fitness.

In this episode, Michael shares his story of comeback, and how he has developed a mindset that intentionally finds purpose and meaning in all the various struggles of life.
