This podcast is a continuation to The Sugar Sin (episode 49)…

All about FAT and how it does not make you fat!

How the reduction in the fat content in our foods has lead to our sugar addiction.

The brain is made of fat and it needs fat to function! We need fat to regulate our normal weight structure and we can rely on our inherent feedback loop to maintain our health.

The problems with fat aren’t with good quality fats, they’re with the poor quality fats that are in so many of processed foods.

The best thing you can do is look at a food product and ask yourself, where did this come from?

Please make an appointment with Mel for a more detailed consultation and nutrition plan to meet your needs.
