We will learn:

  • How to unlock the power of flexibility and non-negotiable values in interpersonal situations
  • The game-changing concept of "Zanshin" and why goals aren't everything
  • The surprising secret to navigating life's ups and downs with ease

Let’s face it: no matter how in tune you are with your emotions and spirituality, dealing with change can be tough. It’s somewhat smoother when you’re the one choosing the change, but even then, there are those little details that catch you off guard.

Because here’s the thing. The only constant is change. Let that sink in. The only constant is change. Everything is always changing all the time. So why wouldn’t we try to get better at dealing with change?

Our situations change, the world changes, our bodies change, people change, we change. In fact, everything is always cycling through states of order, disorder, and reorder.

And that sounds a little overwhelming, but guess what? If this cycle wasn’t always occurring, nothing could get better either.

So today we’re going to learn to navigate this cycle with a little more grace.

Our guest is Brad Stuhlberg. He is the bestselling author of “Master of Change and The Practice of Groundedness.” He writes for The New York Times and is on faculty at the University of Michigan's Graduate School of Public Health.
