What unhealthy habits would you have to change to make today's affirmation true for you? It is Day 11 in our Season of Affirmations. This week's focus is health and well-being ,and today's affirmation is "I am grateful that my body is healthy, whole and strong."
One of the ways in which the CDC defines well-being is, "the presence of positive emotions and the absence of negative emotions." To achieve that balance would then require a lifestyle that supports not only your physical well-being but your emotional well-being. Think about it, how would your life change for the better if you made living a healthier lifestyle your priority?
