It is Day 13 in our Season of Affirmations. This week's focus is health and well-being, and today's affirmation is "I am able to direct my thoughts and manage my emotions."
An important aspect of our mental wellness is being able to control what we think about. Just knowing that you have the ability to control what you're thinking about at any moment, to choose whom or what to focus your attention on, is the greatest power you can have. When you learn to direct your thoughts and keep them focused on what is positive and what allows you to take effective action, you can become the master of your destiny!
