A quick article to give you a feel for what kettle bells are. Again, I stress to you to keep in mind your goals and financial ability to invest in fitness equipment. We all could spend a small fortune on this type of equipment with all the new fads and inventions that come to our attention. More and more I’m grateful that I have the Y where many things are offered to me as part of the membership or at a reduced rate. I can experiment with different modalities and types of exercise and not spend a fortune. Check out fitness clubs and community centers in your area to help you make your choices without spending too much money.
