Today I have for you a short practice for you to recharge your energies. It's a small oasis of rest amidst the struggles of life. Whether you're using this practice to restore in the middle of the day or relax at night, allow yourself to draw strength from it and water your entire system.

By practicing Yoga Nidra, you can release any physical or emotional stress you have been carrying. Through guided relaxation and visualization, you'll connect with your breath, set a positive intention, and immerse yourself in a serene oasis of timelessness and nourishment.

Rotation of Consciousness: Journey through a soothing body scan

Return to your intention: Returning to your the sankalpa/kavanah/intention set earlier in the practice and letting it integrate

Externalization: Returning back to the ordinary waking state and taking your practice with you
