Awareness of opposites: Practice training your mind to generate and integrate opposite somatic and emotional experiences

Visualization: A parade of visual imagery to facilitate exploration of your mindscape on all levels

Return to your intention: Integrating the intention set earlier in the practice

Externalization: Transition back to external surroundings

Closing: The practice of yoga nidra is now complete
