Hey Queens,
Welcome back to another episode of Mental Monday.
This week Shae discusses the importance of establishing your own identity.
She gives you examples using herself and some of the traits that may be attached to you that you may not like.
Shae assigns a task for you Queens to do!

  1. Grab a piece of paper
  2. Write your name on top
  3. Write a description of yourself; flaws and all.
  4. Then read it over, and ask yourself if you're satisfied with that description.
  5. Flip that same piece of paper over and write your name again.
  6. Write the description of the ideal person; the person that you've always wanted to be. The person that you wish you could be but seem not possible. All the qualities and traits you as a person wish you had.
  7. Then decide which person you're going to be.

It's not going to be easy to change how you've been accustomed to living and being. Deciding to make change and become the better version of yourself will be the biggest and hardest decision you've ever made.
Choose to be that dream person. The ONLY difference between your dreams and reality is ACTION! All things are achievable!
