Episode 93 of One Minute Health Hacks with DrJeff talks about those evil carbs! Simple carbs or sugars are the ones that are literally poison for your body and are linked to most illness and disease. Replace those with complex carbs which are things like oats, sweet potatoes, or quinoa. These do not spike blood sugar and are much more health promoting and full of micronutrients.
