-How to heal your wounds. -Ego is a creation of our mental energy, is the totality of all of our beliefs. -People argue because of ego rather than listening to their hearts. -In her sales experience, she heard people talking about their problems. She’s always been interested in synthesizing solutions. -Create the life you want. Love instead of fear and hate. Believe in who you are, not in your ego. -In her initial visits to Japan, people were focused on doing, not feeling. People didn’t respond to being asked how they felt. But people can’t make peace without touching the feeling. Changes over 10 years. -Is my physical body only a reflection of my other bodies, a reflection of beyond the physical? If I hurt in my body, is my mental and emotional body hurting? Physical problems in the body are a wake-up call to changes we need to make elsewhere. What is the message for you? Your body says love yourself. Something coming from intuition is way beyond mental. -Ivan wants to know what is the lesson if we’re experiencing acidic burning pain in the intestinal tract? First describe the pain. Different people describe the symptoms differently. What does the pain stop me from doing? What would it be like if you listened to your heart instead of your ego? Healing comes from accepting the idea that you haven’t been able to listen to that need because you’re too scared. -Accept that you haven’t been able to go towards what you need because of your fears. Have compassion for yourself. Accept the negative and the positive of each attitude. -Give yourself the right to be human with fears and weaknesses. Stop trying to change the whole world. Power of acceptance. -Our egos are like a GPS unit that keeps robotically telling us to go a different way, talking all the time, when we want to go off course. -What are the 5 wounds? Rejection, abandonment, humiliation, betrayal, injustice. Discussed in her book “Heal Your Wounds and Find Your True Self”. -Does workshop and conferences. Has a school conducted in French. Nancy asks: What if you’ve heard so much negative from childhood? Do you have to hear good things from others before moving on? People around us are a reflection only of what we feel about ourselves. Learn to love herself. Need forgiveness of yourself and of other people.
