Kyla Gagnon is the founder of The Sacred Essentials, She spent 15 years as a devoted personal trainer, fitness competitor, fitness model, yoga teacher and retreat leader before discovering the power of somatics and breathwork. 15 years running a successful fitness career, it took ONE single breathwork ceremony to change everything.
Kyla now finds herself in what she calls HOME supporting women in deepening their relationship with the Self, through Somatics, embodiment and breathwork with the intention to help women around the world RECLAIM their power!!!!!
