In this episode, we're joined by Jeff Siegel, M.Ed.. Jeff empowers people to heal their mind-body troubles and take better care of themselves -- because if you don't care for your health, no one else will do it for you. Jeff's holistic background in Mind and Brain Education from Harvard University and Buddhist Studies from The University of Hong Kong provides a way towards lasting wellbeing that feels as good as it looks.

In this episode, we explore:

  • the mind-body connection
  • why loving yourself is vital but only the end goal
  • respect as the first step
  • impact of mind-body disconnect
