Viviana is a psychotherapist trainee and certified health coach, who helps women embrace a wellness lifestyle.

She is a firm believer in the power of mindful living, nutrition, and somatic healing.

She currently works with individuals and families, runs a weekly mindfulness group, and facilitates social-emotional skills classes.

Her goal is to help you feel calm and be more self-compassionate so you can invite more peace and fulfillment into your life.
