Amy Sheppard is a musician and member of Australian band Sheppard, and has become a prominent voice in the world of body positivity. Her husband, Lachie Stuart, is a personal trainer and founder of The Man That Can, a coaching service for men that builds mental and physical health; he's also a previous guest of the Rebuild podcast.
