Melody grew up in competitive gymnastics and has been training her body hard for over 20 years. She has bachelor's and Master’s degrees in Exercise Science and was a researcher for 4 years working on NIH funded exercise trials for chronic conditions. Melody has been coaching women for over 8 years and has taken this science-based approach to fitness and nutrition to the next level by practically applying her knowledge of metabolic health, bodybuilding and nutritional sciences to women’s hormonal wellness. Melody helps women who struggle with energy and PMS gain control over their routine, using their menstrual cycle as a map to optimal wellness, energy and fat loss. She terms this approach to training, the “feminine way of fitness”.
