We have all heard about the three macronutrients we need to balance when it comes to dieting. We hear a lot about how bad fat and carbs are but we don't heat a ton about protein unless you are a bodybuilder. But, protein consumption is beneficial for everyone's health. So, if you are wanting to really take your health transformation to the next level, be sure you are getting the right amount of protein in your diet for optimal weight loss.
