- What to Do: Reflect on your last 7 days of work. This is a valuable practice to gain insights into your progress and areas where you might want to make adjustments.
- Daily Practice: Here's a step-by-step guide on how to accomplish this:
- Find a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.

- Take out your journal or a notebook dedicated to this exercise.

- Start by writing down the date and "Reflection on the Last 7 Days."

- Begin by thinking back to your intentions from Day 1. Were you able to stay aligned with them? What successes did you achieve based on your daily intentions?

- Next, think about the challenges or obstacles you encountered during the past week. How did you handle them? Were there any patterns you noticed in your behavior or reactions?

- Celebrate your achievements, no matter how small they may seem. It's important to acknowledge your progress.
