Happy 2022! We've been super preoccupied with the opening of our new womens only strength training facility in Boca Raton, Florida...
But we're finally back with a new episode of the Rodsquad women's fitness podcast.

  2. Why you should focus on body composition, not weight loss and not a particular trouble area
  3. Why you shouldn’t expect anything to change overnight. Pick something and stick with it long term… consistent effort over a long period of time is what’ll get you results.

If you change the variables, you change the results.
If you’re doing many different diets and workouts, you won’t really know what’s working.
Progressive overload on a consistent basis is key!
